A Proposal from See3D — April 2026

Cost-certain
virtual tours for the Berkeley Group

A proposal from See3D to join the Berkeley Group's supply chain — premium 360° interactive tours that complement existing CGI and interactive suites, enable overseas sales, and convert digital marketing assets from monthly OpEx into a clean, one-off CapEx.

02 — Standards

Five things you'll never see in a See3D tour.

These are the common 'tells' of a routine 360° capture. None of them appear in a See3D delivery — minimum deliverable standards apply to every project, without exception and without an extra invoice line.

No
Camera, operator or tripod in reflections
Mirrored doors, polished marble, glass facades and bath panels — capture sequence is planned around them so See3D stays out of the picture. The buyer sees the unit, not the equipment that captured it.
No
Untidy nadirs or zeniths
Floor and ceiling pole points are cleaned in post-production. No circular patches in the spaces that buyers naturally look up or down at — a coffered ceiling reads as a coffered ceiling, not as a Matterport artefact.
No
Doors ajar, blinds half-set, surfaces dressed wrong
Every site is staged before the first scan trigger. Doors positioned, blinds set, signage removed, surfaces prepped — the same care a stylist would bring to a show suite shoot, applied to every space.
No
Awkward navigation paths
Scan points placed for natural buyer progression — not operator convenience. The viewer walks the property the way an agent would walk a client through it, with sightlines that flow.
No
Entry-level hardware
Realsee Galois M2 — 134 MP per scan point, ±20 mm LiDAR at 10 m. Specifically chosen for the level of detail premium buyers expect to see when they zoom into a finish, a fitting or a view.
Quality control is part of the deliverable, not an upsell. Every tour, every capture, every time.
03 — The Commercial Advantage

Turn virtual tours from an ongoing cost
into a permanent asset.

04 — The Seamless Integration

Drop in. No rebuild required.

Embed anywhere
A shareable link or a single iframe tag. Drops straight into any web page, agent portal, or interactive sales presentation without touching your existing systems. One line of code.
The closing tool for remote buyers
Overseas buyers — Hong Kong at 4am, Dubai on a tablet — walk the completed unit with full confidence before committing. Agents present it with the same fluency as a show suite, from anywhere in the world.
Permanent. Zero maintenance.
Tours live on See3D's infrastructure indefinitely. Browser-based, device-agnostic, no plugins, no software updates. The asset is permanent from day one — no renewal conversation required.
Built to complement your existing digital sales ecosystem — not replace it. See3D tours plug directly alongside your current CGI, interactive presentations and agent portals. No workflow disruption. No rebuild.
Next Steps

Three things to move this forward.

1
Pick a pilot
One upcoming launch. One unit or floor. A live tour within a week of the scan. Any scale works as a first run.
2
Book the scan
One day on site. 3–5 working days to a live link. See3D handles all access logistics — your sales team receives a finished asset without managing the capture.
3
Formalise the supply chain
PQQ-ready. Insurance, H&S, standard supplier terms available on request. 30 minutes on a call is enough to agree scope and confirm next steps.
